PRECOOKED WHITE CORN FLOUR

This flour made only from first-rate white corn flour is ready in 3 minutes as a delicious and genuine dish. A tasty and natural dish, polenta is excellent served hot with fish. To prepare your quick polenta, we have pre-cooked our corn flour by steaming for1 hour so as to preserve intact all its natural flavours.

Recommendations for use

Portions for 4 people
Pour 250g of corn flour into 1 lt of lukewarm water and ½ spoon of salt at medium heat, stirring constantly until it begins to thicken. Then, turn the heat down to low and keep stirring with a wooden spoon for 3 minutes until the polenta is tender, then pour it.
