Molino Favero flour quality is proved by systematic control going from selecting seeds to practicing good farming rules, from preserving the cereals using chill technology to analysing raw materials, on processing stages and finished products. There is a Quality Control Laboratory in the Mill which can carry out controls of a rheological, chemical-physical, biological and micro-biological type. The company also uses credited external laboratories for specific analysis (pesticides, heavy metals, mycotoxins, GMO).
